Jaguar Club
Ricoh Arena
Daniel Gidney, the Chief Executive of the Ricoh Arena, said "The Jaguar Club, which is open exclusively to the leading business people from Coventry and the surrounding areas, is one of the most exciting off-field projects the football industry has seen in many years.

We are very much looking forward to seeing the end product which will further enhance our product portfolio for our own customers.

This club will offer a high level of service and sophistication that few establishments in the West Midlands are able to offer with conference and hospitality facilities that are second to none."

Steve Carvell
Director of Carvell Development Projects Ltd, owners of the Earlsdon Cottage
"When we had the vision of creating Coventry’s premier Bistro wine bar, we made two key decisions - we chose the Earlsdon Cottage and selected Ian Neale as our building contractor.

The relationship with Ian Neale has been nothing less than a partnership. We have worked closely together from day one of this project to ensure that quality was fundamental to everything we do.

Quality and Ian Neale go hand in hand and that is why their reputation in the area is second to none.

They have created a first class job at the Cottage. It is a fine example of the quality of Ian Neale’s work. We are a very satisfied customer!"

Ted Stocker
Majority Shareholder of Nuneaton Borough FC
"Ian Neale was selected because of its reputation as a quality builder but also because Ian was born and bred in Nuneaton and has a successful local firm and the club felt it would put that bit extra into the project because of its local roots and indeed its support of the club.

Quite honestly Ian Neale and his team have done a cracking job. It has been an absolutely fantastic achievement to sign off the work just two weeks after the original June 30th deadline when you consider the site was actually under water for eight weeks and the country has experienced the worst weather in years since Ian Neale started the development work in October of last year.

Ian Neale has gone more than the extra mile as not only has his firm had to battle against adverse weather conditions, but he has been very helpful and constructive when the club has experienced financial difficulties and cashflow problems.

So much so in fact that the relationship has progressively become a very strong working partnership. We have been impressed by the hands-on consultative approach of Ian Neale personally but also the flexibility and adaptability of the team at Ian Neale Construction Group.

In our opinion Ian Neale Construction Group was the right choice of company for the job. We now have a well laid out quality stadium for the fans and much of the credit must go to Ian Neale and his people who have pulled out all the stops to get the stadium ready on time for the new season.

We are also delighted that Ian Neale is sponsoring the naming rights for the new stand at the stadium as it continues our partnership with his company."

Glyn Rawlings
Practice Manager
"As you will be aware your company has just finished some major building work here at Red Roofs Surgery. The project was supervised and managed by Mark Moore. I would like to express our thanks to Mark for the professional way he managed the contract and in particular the way that he was able to arrange work around the surgery such that our patients and staff were not inconvenienced. In all the time he was here he was sensitive to our needs and was very pleasant to all our staff and nothing was too much trouble. I think it is fair to say that the project ran as smoothly as it did was entirely down to Mark’s commitment to the project."
